Award winning composer Mark Thomas is one of Britain’s most diverse and exciting composers with established credits of over 100 scores for film and television. With an honour’s degree in music, Mark is classically trained and during the early part of his career he was a session and symphony orchestra violinist with both the London Symphony Orchestra and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. As an orchestral musician in the recording studio he performed on many Hollywood feature film soundtracks before he pursued a career as a film composer in his own right. His credits include the British cult horror movie Dog Soldiers, Twin Town, Agent Cody Banks 2: Destination London, Greyfriars Bobby and Sprung: The Magic Roundabout (aka Doogal). In the world of television, Mark has scored many popular films, drama series and animated films including Aristocrats and Daisies in December.
