I wrote the theme and original underscore for this Swedish reality series ("Carl-Jan's Angels" in English) about eight young women with various complicated pasts getting the chance of their life: a career in the restaurant business, being educated by gourmet chef Carl-Jan Granqvist. The music reflects their challenges, their memories and, perhaps more than anything, the cultural clash between the young women and their upper-class teacher. Strix Television / TV3, 2006.
